problem in bridge right after I updated it

I hope someone can help me.  I recently updated Bridge and Photoshop.  Now I'm trying to work in bridge and the arrow keys don't work.  Also, when I press the space bar after selecting a file, it doesn't go full screen as it's supposed to.  This is a major problem for me.  Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Thanks for your response.  I actually answered my own question.  I was clicking on the 2017 icon for bridge.  When I took the 2017 icon off the dock and went to applications and clicked on the 2018 version, it is now working!
