Computer freezes while migrating

I upgraded from classic to cc yesterday and got the one tb plan with cc, classic and photoshop.  I installed it on my desktop.  I followed the instructions to migrate mi catalogue.  By 5 PM yesterday I had a message “adding stacks to albums. 96% complete - this may take a while.”

it it is now 25 hours later and I am frozen in the same spot.  I am thinking about using my task manager to end task but am afraid I will have to start from the beginning.  I tried to call customer support. Recorded message said the wait was “more than one minute”. It’s an hour later and I am sick of the music.  Any ideas?

end the thread.

if you have to start over, you have to start over.  waiting longer isn't going to change that.
