In the Acrobat Pro DC comments pane, I can't tell what the orange "unread" bubbles or the numbers and arrows to the right of these bubbles mean or what to do with them.

Clicking them flips comments sections opened and closed, but I want to be sure I'm seeing all comments. As it is, these "features" don't appear to be useful and can prevent me from seeing some comments if these aren't flipped the right way.
