How do I print multiple copies of the SAME photo on one page, as in wallets to share.

You would need to create a document with image in two different positions over the document canvas. Then print that document. It easy to do that with Photoshop.

An alternate option:
In Photoshop: Reduce the size of the image to 2 x 3 inches (which is wallet size) and res of about 240ppi.
Save it with another file name
Locate the folder with that image in Bridge
In the upper right of Bridge choose Output
Adjust the Document settings
Drag the image to all the positions in the grid you have created
At the bottom of the menus click on Export to PDF
Print the file

Thank you both for your response but I am still confused. I entered create, photo print then contact sheet. It puts up the page with only one copy and I don't see "file" anywhere.

It depends on how you create the layout. The way Norman describes use the Bridge to creates an output file a PFD. The way I described and I also believe contact sheet you seen to be using will create open documents in Photoshop you can print. You can also save file for them if you wish too. You do not have to you can just choose to print them.
The Bridge Output panel may be easer for you to use then using Photoshop. One you master how to create a custom layout its user interface is easy to use and populate with images.

dThere is more than one way to do most things in Photoshop. If you prefer not to use Bridge, do this:
1. Open the image file, change the size to 2 x 3 , 240 ppi and save the file with a different name so you won't overwrite your original file.
2. Choose Image > Canvas size and add 1/4" to each dimension. It will add 1/8" to each side
3. Select > All
4. Choose Edit > Define Pattern
5. Open a new file of suitable size and 240 ppi
6. Choose Edit > Fill and choose Contents: Pattern
7. Choose your image and click ok
8. Print the file
