Photoshop Print Missing layers

Hi,

Dont have that much excperience on photoshop  ,  work in IT.

trying help a user of mine

I have user who uses for photoshop to create images etc.

Every time the user prints., user gets error remember to enable printers color management int he print settings dialog box.

When they print, it cuts off layers

I found articles to change settings on printer which made it worse

Any help would be nice
