Lightroom 5 copy external editing presets from 4?

I don't see any sections for the old Lightroom questions?? Am I lost? Is it possible to copy external editing presets from Lightroom 4 and put them in Lightroom 5 without reimporting everything?  The topaz filters are not going into 5 because possibly I have not deleted 4 yet.  Should I just delete 4, is this the problem??

Have you tried downloading and re-installing the Topaz filters?  My experience is that the Topaz installation will find the correct file location so that it will be seen in Lightroom.   You shouldn't have to uninstall version 4.
