Error loading up presets

i Get a message from a customer that her computer is not compatibale with the Adobe presets im selling ... do i have to utdate my computer og change something about the presets that im maling

There is no information in that question that can give you a definitive answer. It depends on the preset and on the version of Lightroom that the preset is intended to be used in. Since you are the creator of the presets, you should be the one to know what version(s) of Lightroom are compatible.
