Color and Luminance Range Masking

Is the above available in LIghtroom cc. (Not classic)

If so I would really appreciate guidance.

I have just downloaded a free trial and am new to Adobe. If the answer is negative I intend to change to the Classic.

That future is not in the Lightroom CC at this time. Don't know what the plan is for the future. Lightroom CC is a new program designed for a different type of user. It is intended to have a similar interface and similar features on all devices. You'll have to decide which version of Lightroom is more suitable for your needs.
