I can't find the dialogue where I select "Allow Downloads"

HI

I can't find the dialogue where I select Allow Downloads in any program I use, LR Classic CC or  Lightroom CC Or when I Look at my shared public collection on the web. I simply can' t find any sharing Options Dialogue Box  no matter where I look. I must be missing something simple.

I don't know if this will help you or not. But on Lightroom.adobe.com in the dialogue where you choose to share an album, there is an option to allow downloads.
