Mac Screenshot Glitch (PS 19.1.1)

I've been getting a new bug where opening any screenshots taken on a mac result in the image glitching like the attached. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Have you even done a Forum search?

The work-around:

Turn off

Preferences > Plug-Ins > Allow Extensions …

Preferences > Plug-Ins > Load Extension Panels

and restart Photoshop.
