I am using a Cintiq Companion first generation with Windows 8.

I was painting in photoshop when my computer asked to restart and update. After it finished, opening photoshop gives me this error. I tried everything people said on google, but the most recent post I could find about it was from 2011 with CS2.

I use photoshop for my job, and I am losing money every second this error exists. Please help.

You don't mention what version of Photoshop you have, you could try re-installing PS with the Adobe Cleaner Tool
