The Browse Bar and Glossary are missing from end user Help when accessed from our product. Is there a .dll or any file(s) other than the .chm file that we need to include with our product?

Welcome to our community, dbMesa

Yes, for that functionality you need to supply and correctly register a file named HHActiveX.dll. Try the following for more. Click Tools > Options > General tab and enable the offline help. Then crack open the help and search for HHActiveX.dll.

Cheers... Rick
