Hello guys,

Since Photoshop's most recent update it became really slow. When I check the task-manager I see the following processes:

Knipsel.png

Anyone knows what these actually do? I am not finding any satisfying answer on the internet or this forum. How do I get rid of these processes and make Photoshop functioning like it used to.

Thanks for any help.

I wouldn't pretend to know what they do but several  instances of Adobe CEP HTML Engine are normal and, given that they are using a tiny fraction of memory and 0% CPU /GPU, I doubt they are the cause of your slow down. Do you see them using any CPU time when you experience slowness?

What are your Preference > Performance and Preference > Scratch disk settings? The scratch disk in particular can have a significant impact on performance
