[Ps][Ai] Glyphs doesn't work

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to fix my issue. I choose an alternative but the program still keeps the original text. I tried with both Ps and Ai.

The issue doesn't occur before as I remembered and I haven't updated Ps or Ai.

I use Ps CC 2017 and Ai CC 2017.
