Acrobat Pro XI crashes when redacting

I'm using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro for Mac. When I redact a document and click on "Apply Redaction" the program crashes. I've copied a screen shot of the message I get every time I redact a document. Help is appreciated!

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I just checked on mac with Acrobat XI Pro, there was no crash.

Here's the workflow : Dropbox - 2455591.mov

Please check it and confirm whether it was the workflow you've done.

If it's the same but you see the crash, I'd suggest to upgrade it to Acrobat Pro DC.
