Photoshop 2018 "stopped working"

I had just installed Adobe Creative Suite onto my desktop and wanted to install Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Illustrator and After Effects both are functioning properly but when I try to open Photoshop, it give me a notification that it stopped working and doesn't even open. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling it again but it still does not even open. Please help.

I do not believe your problem is the same.  The other crash report showed the a Photoshop plug-in failed.  Your report shows a StackHash_b416 failure.  I do not know how to trouble StackHash problems Photoshop I think  may have been trying to use some system function. Is you OS up tp date all fixes installed and your device drivers the latest available

I have also been having issues. I will load an artwork and be working on it and then PS 2018 will freeze and a pop up with "Photoshop has stopped working"
