Adobe Acrobat DC installation password

Hi,

when i try to install adobe acrobat DC on my Imac it ask for password. I tried with my adobe id and password as well as my apple id and password but none of them works. What password is required??? there are no other options like 'forgot password' or 'set new password' so basically i cannot instal it. Please help!!
