Why the sreenshots shows with error, basic colors and remains of other images

I need to work with some screenshots, but the images shows very strange, while in Previous view and in Illustrator the image show good. I was working with screenshow many times and I don't know why now this don't work. The screenshots are PNG images. The remains of other images that show in the screenshot opened in PS are "ghosts" of images that I had previously opened. It's very weird and I do not know how to fix it. I send a screenshot of image opened in Photoshop.

Uncheck and restart Photoshop
