Share feature has lost all its features?!?!

I've noticed in last week that when I share an album now from Desktop Lightroom CC or mobile...that Share feature now basically just shows a URL. It has no options to say "share only picked photos" or that the photos can be downloaded. Am I missing something here?

The features for settings only seem to appear in the browser based version of Lightroom. That seems really limiting!

Those features are indeed only available on the web version of Lightroom. You can only share an album, not individual photos. If you want photos to be downloadable you have to share it from Lightroom CC, open up the web version and then set the sharing options on the album to allow downloads.
