Mouse freezes for ~15-30 seconds after images is opened or closed

Hey Guys,

My photoshop mouse courser freezes (can't click on anything, but can still be moved) after i open i image (i can already see the image) or the image is closed.

=> I tried to turn GPU support on and off with no effect!

=> tried to turn of antivirus (bitdefender) with no effect

=> files are on a SSD, not over network!

Make sure your device drivers are up to date.  Try Starting Photoshop with the shift key held press skip loading optional Plug-in to see it one may be causing your Problem. If still slow try resetting your Photoshop Tools and then your Photoshop Preferences if still slow..

Thanks for your help, apparently nothing helped

i also realiszed a "lag" when starting up photoshop. When i menu (files, edit,...) is shown at top but the screen is back!
