Photoshop si blocca

Salve! Spero che qualcuno possa aiutarmi....non funziona bene photoshop anche in seguito all'aggiornamento continua a bloccarsi, non riesco ad evidenziare per esempio il testo per cambiare carattere ecc...e sono costretta spesso a chiudere il programma. qualche settimana fa avevo visto un tutorial e scaricato AZIONI non so se questo potrebbe aver peggiorato il problema che comunque era già preesistente (Ho un mac e photoshop in Italiano) Grazie!
