Hi,
We recently got new computers and now we are having issues with Acrobat X. When pdfing a Word document, certain shaded tables have faint white lines through them and some shaded textboxes have had text disappear/get cut off (almost like it is moving the text behind the box). Any idea how to fix?
Should be OK, but make sure you install all the updates available for Acrobat.
If that doesn't work try running a Repair Installation from the Help menu.

What operating system does this new computer have? Acrobat X is quite old and not compatible with the current systems, like Windows 10.
Also, how exactly are you converting the file to PDF?

I have Windows 7 Pro. I am using the print icon to print to Adobe PDF.

You should be using the PDFMaker plugin from the Acrobat ribbon. The "Print to PDF" command uses built-in technology by Microsoft, not the Adobe software.

I don't have that button.
When we got the new computers, corporate tried to replace Adobe with Foxit. We did not like Foxit, so they remote installed Adobe back onto my computer, so my plugin is still for Foxit. Not sure how to change that. Never had this problem in the past.
