desktop images not syncing with mobile ios

hello curious I'm new to all this computer stuff  but Ive had previous photos ive edited and saved to creative cloud that was done on hp desktop and I was able to view the cloud on my ios mobile phone,   recently for some reason any images ive been editing will be saved in creative cloud and I can view them on desktop but they are not syncing to my mobile device.   please does anyone knw what to do    I use iPhone 7 plus  an hp laptop w windows 10 and edit w LR and photoshopcc they have all been updated.  hope to hear back thank u

You've noted two separate issues -

For the CC apps, log out and back into your CC app.

Also make sure your desktop app is set to sync and not just leaving the files in the folder.

For LR CC make sure your collections are all in tact.

Adding through the Cloud Based Lightroom CC Desktop?

Syncing via a Collection in Lightroom Classic?

Or Via other means?
