Figure out in photoshop

Any one can help me out or make small video regarding above image. I want to make similar image in photoshop in 3-colour (Light pink, Dark pink and Black outline ) with 3 layers seperate for all 3 colours.

Can create outline with pen tool easily. Cant able to do later processes. Plz can you help me to make small video.

I'm not sure what you mean by the "later processes".

Below I used the pen tool to make two shapes.

The third layer was a path drawn with the pen tool then the path stroked with a black hard brush (an normal shape would have missed the scroll inside the shape

Why video?  Is it going to be animated?
