Adobe CS4 Design Premium CDs won't install all applications

The CDs only installed Acrobat Distiller 9, Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro, Flash, In Design, LiveCycle Designer ES 8.2, and Photoshop. It failed to install Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Adobe Bridge, Adobe Version Cue, and Adobe Device Central after the product serial number was provided.
