Hi Gérardzerbib,

What is the operating system you are working on? Have you recently made any changes to your system? As Acrobat 8.0 is a very old version of Acrobat series which may will not function properly on latest OS, there would be compatibility issues because it has not been tested.

There is a rare possibility that Acrobat 8.0 would work on latest windows- End of support | Reader 9 and Acrobat 9 (and earlier)
