How do you set a keyboard shortcut for onionskins?

I have Adobe Photoshop CC 2018, and am wondering how to set keyboard shortcuts for onion skins. I know how to set keyboard shortcuts, but am having a hard time finding where onion skins is located. Help please.

In the Keyboard shortcuts and Menus dialogue, it is under shortcuts for Panel Menus then  Timeline (Video)
