Export size estimation

I would like to know if its possible or see a file size estimation before i export my picture from Lightroom.

Unfortunately, no, outside of your own trial and error experience.

You cannot get an estimate on file size before export, but if it is critical, you can limit file size in the Export dialog before exporting so you will know the max size to expect.
