PS 2018 Brush lag and spot healing brush not working

Hi all, two problems today with PS 2018 version

1. My paint brush is super slow and can take 30+ secs to load up my edits which makes it very hard to edit.  This has been happening ever since I signed up to CC in Dec.
2. My spot healing brush is now not working at all after doing a software update and also updating my Mac Air just in case that was an issue.

What version of Photoshop CC you got?

Hi Raimundo

I have updated to V19.1.1 and unfortunately paint brush still lagging very slowly and spot healing brush not working at all.  I am thinking I should scrap CC2018 and go back to PS6 unless I can get these issues resolved. Any other ideas?? Thx
