Lightroom cc won't Sync

Hi all,

I have recently installed Lightroom CC on both my macbook and mobile. At first it began syncing to the cloud but for some reason stopped. It has now been stuck for days with no progress with 447 photos remaining to sync yet my mobile says it is all synced and backed up .

Has anyone had any experience with this and know how to solve it ?
