como desacoplo herramientas de la barra de herramientas?

solía usar Photoshop hace unos años y me acostumbre a tener las herramientas como la pluma y lazo desacopladas de la barra general de herramientas en sus propias mini barras, las cuales podia mover independientemente por el area de trabajo y me mostraban todas las sub-herramientas

ahora uso la versión mas reciente de Photoshop y la opción de desacoplar ya no esta, quisiera saber como hacerlo de nuevo

It sounds like you created a Photoshop extension and installed it in an old Photoshop. You would need to redevelop the extension for Photoshop CC. However in CC the Toolbar can be edited you can customize the Toolbar for the way you work. In fact, you have tools, bar, configured for each of the different types of work you do.

supongo que estaba un poco confundido, solía usarlo en illustrator y aun esta disponible, quiero saber si lo puedo usar en photoshop
