Type tool erases the text when i press Enter key

Just updated my Adobe photoshop. I got a problem with type tool. The normal thing that happen when I press enter key is, the cursor goes down to the next line below to type the next line, right? Mine is acting weird, It erases the text I have typed whenever i hit enter key. What should I do to solve this?

Are you using the Return key or the Enter key on the Num Pad.

You could try resetting the Type Tool

Right click on the tool and select Reset Tool
