Adobe Photoshop on HP Pavilion x360 Convertible

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem but I recently purchased the Adobe Creative Suite and my Photoshop doesn't work properly on it. It won't open up saved images or let me work on anything properly. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app a couple of times, I've restarted my computer and looked to Adobe troubleshooting tips but nothing seems to work. I've also been on hold to Adobe for the last hour to see if anyone can assist but no one is picking up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry to hear about this, could you please let us know which exact version of Photoshop & operating system are you using?

Also, please let us know which image format are you trying to open?
