Welp, I purchased a year subscription for Photoshop back in December.

My laptop broke in February & I had to buy a new one.

I purchased a HP Chromebook.

The Chromium OS does not support photoshop.

Any ideas of what I can do?

---I've tried various forms of adobe support and still no luck

Take back this tablet. It isn’t a PC.

There is nothing to do. Chrome OS is a highly customized, proprietary and closed Linux derivative. Even regular Linux apps cannot be installed on it without lots of hoopla, so trying to hack it by running a virtual machine or emulation to use Windows software is totalyl out of the question. as already suggested, simply take it back to the store and get a "real" PC.
