I recently installed an Epson V19 scanner and when I go to Create PDF with Scanner it gives me a diaglog box to choose which scanner I want. I choose the Epson, but still cannot get Adobe to scan the document into a pdf.

I recently installed an Epson V19 scanner and when I go to Create PDF with Scanner it gives me a diaglog box to choose which scanner I want. I choose the Epson, but still cannot get Adobe to scan the document into a pdf. Any ideas?

Are you using Adobe Acrobat or scanning from scanner software? 

If Acrobat please share the Acrobat version and dialog screenshot of settings. Also, make sure you have latest drivers.
