In the Photoshop cc 2018, when I am using the levels to make colour modulation, the histogram of the image has the peak at value 62,
This is the image in the Photoshop
And then the histogram of the image in other software.
Why the histogram has the peak after the levels in the Photoshop?

Would be helpful if you would post the image.

Well, any image is OK, which has the four or three channels like aerial photo and satellite photo, and its format is *.tif.

It looks like you have posted this question twice . Please don't double post.
What happens after you click on the triangle at the top right to refresh the histogram from the preview to the full image data

I am so sorry, I won't post problem twice.
After the levels, the histogram looked the good, but in other software like ArcGIS, the histogram also had the peak.
