Hey

My colleague has updated potoshop 2017 via the CC to 2018 but now gets the following error message when starting Photoshop:

"The instruction at 0x00007FFA46FD9BEE refers to memory at 0x0000000000000000 The memory can not read

click OK if the program wants to end."

When I run photoshop as admin, he works but no longer under his account, this worked before the update.

Is there anything of cach that I can remove? The removal of Photoshop has not helped, unfortunately.

Software:

Windows 10 version 1709

Adobe CC 2018

Have you tried resetting Photoshop preferences

Another thing to try is deleting and recreating the Windows user profile for that account

If you can't start Photoshop to reset the preferences, try the option on the following link: Preferences in Photoshop

Its a possible registry error.

Uninstall it, reboot and reinstall.
