Problem generating printed doc

A co-worker is having trouble generating printed doc. It displays the message, "Cannot Microsoft Word installed on your system." Word is installed in its normal location. Any suggestions? Our Help Desk couldn't figure it out.

Perhaps try this. Just open RoboHelp for Word. Then close it. Then try your printed docs again.

If Rick's suggestion does not solve the problem, post back whether the problem is with RoboHelp 7.

I have the same problem. RoboHelp HTML 7.03 and Word 2000. I click "Generate PDF" and get message "Cannot find Microsoft Word installed on your system".
I opened RoboHelp for Word without problem and created a project, then rebooted.
Any more ideas?
