opening photoshop

hi. i just bought photoshop and I dont know what to do it just not opening like i dont have it but i have my onfirmation number and everything. anyone can help me?

Are you talking about Photoshop CC, did you download the Creative Cloud App

Download Creative Cloud desktop app

Once installed you need to sign in with your Adobe Account details

And then you should be able to install Photoshop from there if it's not already installed

that's what i did and they ask me to confirm my email but i don't receive any email even if i ask for an other email so i cant get the desktop create cloud. what i should do it's been a long time that i'm trying to figure this out
