Hi,

I have just downloaded the adobe suite - InDesign and Illustrator work fine but Photoshop doesn't.
I have tried unchecking OpenGL and the Creative Cloud Cleaner but nothing has worked.

Please can someone suggest something?

Thank you in advance,
Hannah

Hi Hannah,.

I would recommend you to restore the app preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut:

  • Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop.
  • You will be prompted to delete the current settings. Select Yes.

The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Akash

Hi,

Thank you for getting back to me!
Unfortunately this hasn't worked for the problem either - nothing came up any of the times that I tried it.

Thanks,

Which exact version of Photoshop CC are you using?

Does it help if you switch the image color mode to RGB and the zoom level to 100% or fit to screen?

Hi Hannah,

Please open device manager and check under display adaptors if you are using more than one graphic card?

If you disable any one graphic card by doing a right click and then check if PS still does not display the document.

Regards,

Gautam

Can you please expand the "Display adaptors" option and post a screenshot of that.
