Every time I get the app to begin to download it stops and gives me a message that an error has occurred and that I should go to customer service. does anyone know how I can fix this and get this to actually download?

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?
Exactly which version of the program do you have that is causing problems, and what error message do you see?
