Clean Reason under Addt'l Signature Information

I recently enabled the Additional Signature Information, particularly the Show reasons option, when I digitally sign using a certificate (Edit > Preferences > Signatures. Click More at the top right in the Creation & Appearance box. Check the Show reasons option under When Signing). While playing around with the new feature, I unknowingly created several new reasons. When I go to sign (Certificate>Digitally Sign. Drag a signature rectangle. Sign Document dialogue box opens), there are now several extra reasons in the Reason dropdown menu under Additional Signature Information,

Is there a way to delete these? As well as to delete the default options? I just one the one option that I choose to be there. Please & Thank you.
