I am writing to you because I would like you to answer a question. I have installed in several computers the 28th version of flash player, and the problem I have encountered in some is an incompatibility with our screensaver. I don't know why some computers fail and others work. Do you know if flash player has any known incompatibility or not with any other program or need some to work properly? Or if it's because of some computer feature? Because I repeat, we have the same screensaver in the company, the same version of flahs player but in some computers works and in others not.
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Francisco Erick Briones Garcia

Please upload a copy of the installation logs from a workstation where the upgrade failed to happen and where it succedded. That should be pretty enlightening.

According to the posted log file, you're uninstalling Flash Player (via Control Panel entry) 8 minutes after it's installed. This isn't going to tell us what the problem is.
<edit>
Do you have full installation log files, that includes previous installations, where the screensavers didn't work? If not, please generate new logs. We would need logs from a system that works and one that doesn't work. Those logs will be too long to post here. Please upload the files to Document Cloud using the instructions at How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud , or some other file sharing service that doesn't require an account to access. Post the link to the files in your reply.
What kind of screen saver are you using? How is it built?

First, was installed the version 26 and our screensaver worked correctly. Now, i upgrade to version 28 and have a bug, because when the moment when the screen saver appears and the moment when the computer is going to lock down coincides, It takes a long time to disappear and in addition, it ends up blocking the computer without the option to avoid it as with version 26.

Aside from re-installing the same version over and over, I'm not seeing any errors in the installation log file.

What takes a long time to disappear? Is there an error? If so, post a screenshot
Does this behaviour only happen with the screensaver? If so, you'll need to provide more information on the screensaver, as previously requested.
What operating system, including version is this happening on?

I cannot attach an image because it is not instantaneous.... If I want to prevent the computer from blocking and the screen saver appears, move the mouse or press any key on the keyboard, but when you do, the computer is "frozen" for about 5 seconds. It does not cause any failure in the computer, but a nuisance that with versions prior to the 27th did not happen to us. We only see what happens with versions 27,28 and now with 29 as well. If before with versions 21-26 it worked correctly and when updating no, it can not be because of the screensaver. What could we do?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by 'prevent the computer from blocking'. Are you attempting to stop the screensaver from appearing?
Please provide the following previously requested information:

The time set for the computer get blocking and the time set for the screen saver to appear is the same, so when it coincides and you want to prevent the computer from blocking it remains about 5 seconds "frozen". If we don't do that, the screen saver appears and works properly, it's simply at that moment when it fails.
I attach you our screen saver:
