Hi, Why I cant open the premiere pro cc ?
I already uninstall and install it again but its not opening
please help me

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

Exactly which version of the program do you have that is causing problems, and what error message do you see?

If Windows, do you have the required 64bit operating system?

Windows 10 , 64 BIT OS
Everything is working before, I am using it
but after 3 days, when I try to run it, its not responding

there is no error message, it just not running

please help me to fix this problem
I tried to run it as admin and nothing happened I already tried to install it again, but still its not rrunning

please help
