Re-installing Creative Suite 4 (4SC) over existing installation

Problem: Photoshop 4SC and Illustrator 4SC launch and run on OS 10.3.3. In Design 4SC stalls when I try to launch it. All three ran on OS 10.0.1. Might InDeign be corrupted? Do I re-install over existing installation or do I need to erase that installation and make a fresh start? I have my original disks and serial numbers.

could be but high sierra isn't compatible with older software.
