Hello,
I want to import and link a drawing the different filters affecting colours (photo filter, luminosity, colours balance) in a new file but when doing so, the colours are slightly but significantly different ?
If and I import but incorporate in the same new file, the colours are exactly those of the source file.
Have you any explanations to that and any ideas to fix this issue ?
Many thanks in advance.
FYI I use PS CC 2017.1.1 on an iMac

If you look closer, only the background has the color change. So that confirms it has to be something in the layer structure:
BTW - could you please kill the autoquote in your email, or (preferably) use the web interface?

Could you please set the Status Bar to »Document Profile« and post screenshots taken at View > 100% and with the pertinent Panels (Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible? For both variants naturally.
What are the images’ Color Spaces?

The color mode, and working color space need to match in both files.

Dear both,
Thanks a lot for your first feedback.
I would like to apologise in advance as english is not my first language (I am french). So my explanations and my understanding could be sometimes not perfect.
I have done again the process and to be sure to have the same « colours environment » I have used for importations copies of the source document withdrawing later on the drawing itself.
Attached is the screenshot with the 3 files :
1-Source drawing
2-Importation with Incorporation of 1
3-Importation and link of 1
2 and 3 are totally similar (not exactly what I said before) but very different from 1. It looks like some kind of warming filter would have been added.
Having the 3 files opened in 3 tabs :
If being in 2, I double click on the incorporated file it opens a fourth file looking like the source.
If being in 3, I double click on the linked file it doesn’t open a fourth file but moves to the 1st tab
For all of them the colour mode is RVB 8 bits/layer.
Many thanks and all the best from France.

I think I can say with confidence that this does not look like a color management issue. It has to be something with blend modes/layer groups/transparency.
I'm going to put this in bold type, because it's important: Color spaces never need to match. The whole point of color management is to preserve appearance through non-matching color spaces.
As for the screenshots, I interpret this as
But I can't make sense of the layer structure.

Thanks, I understand your very interesting points. But as you write it doesn’t give sense to the results I have.
