scale photos

Hi All,

I got photos of people with the same background (poster from a beach) but some of them really zoomed in whereas some is further away or one is on the right one is on the left side of the background. I would like to making them consistent for a website. Could someone give me a hand with this please?

Someone wrote me the best way to do it is to crop them at the same point on each photo..

Please help Im not a PS pro:)

Open one of you images in photoshop. Add canvas to the side of the image to house the second image.  Place the second image in using menu File>Place use the place transform to scale the second image to match the frst images appearence.
