Open Image directly in photoshop CC 2018 19.1

When i was open with photoshop in directly i have same for below sample. pl help how to rectify  this type of error in photoshop latest version.

Try disabling these 2 options in Preferences > Plug-ins and restart Photoshop

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
