Adobe refuses to activate my Photoshop. It says it could be the firewall. So I stopped it, and it still refuses. It told me I can phone, but the British number has been cencelled. The American number asks me to press a key I can't understand. I tried all keys, none works. We have the product in our library but cannot use it. Please help.

I have the same issue.. The server cannot activate my CS3 which I paid big bucks for years ago. I had to redo my computer- back to factory settings. I tried to reinstall the program and now all I can do is throw this out. What a crock.. They could easily do away with the activation or leave it on the server. Another way to force you to upgrade...
I get it but IMO that should be illegal.... I paid for it so let me use it until my os doesn't allow me too...
Is there any hope for this or just throw it out
