hi! I just got back into video editing for my site. It was going great until recently I edited a bunch of videos and put them on YouTube. the sound works great on my computer, however, on my phone it sounds muffled. Almost like a zombie from walking dead. I tried it on my phone in my car with Bluetooth sound and it worked great. My co-worker next to me tried it on her phone and it works great. I tried it thinking maybe it’s just at my house and it didn’t work again. I know it’s not just my phone because my sister tried it at her home and again, muffled. I’m getting feedback from some Youtubers asking what is wrong with sound. Anyone know what is going on? I am wondering if I exported incorrectly.

I looked at this thread but the thing is, some

phones are playing the sound normally and some aren’t. All phones that looked at the videos were iPhones. is it still the same issue if sound Works for some people and not others?

Some phones playback in stereo if they have two speakers (or headphones) and some in mono through one speaker, it is the single speaker playback that shows the problem. As a test try using headphones on the 'faulty' phones.
